With over 40 years of clinical experience in the field of Medical Oncology, Dr M A Raja is one of the iconic clinicians in the country. He received his training starting from Cancer Institute, Adyar and continuing in the United Kingdom across various prestigious academic institutions. Over the span of four decades, he has worked in the full spectrum of medical oncology comprising paediatric and adult care, haematology and solid tumours in academic and non-academic settings. He has been actively involved in clinical research, both as a principal and co-investigator in several trials. Being an ardent educator, Dr Raja trained not only medical students, postgraduates and nursing staff but also contributes public awareness through his health lectures across various media and corporate forums.
